UFCW Local 1059 is a proud community partner with the Susan G. Komen organization and their work leading the effort to end breast cancer. Komen’s research and support for breast cancer patients and survivors is unmatched. We are so happy to be a part of their efforts through our support of the Komen Columbus Race for the Cure 5K and walk.
UFCW Local 1059 will cover registration costs for members wishing to participate in the event and 50% of registration costs for family members joining you for the event. In order to take advantage of this registration discount, registration forms must be turned in to UFCW Local 1059 by April 6, 2026. Registration forms submitted directly to Susan G. Komen will not receive the UFCW Local 1059 discount.
Download the registration form below and turn it in to your Union Representative or deliver it to our Office with all registration costs (if applicable) by April 6, 2026. After registration, we’ll be in contact with you in the days leading up to the event with information about our team photo that morning and your Race for the Cure t-shirt.
The 2026 Komen Columbus Race for the Cure is the morning of Saturday, May 16, 2026.
